A native of Tokyo 24th Ward, the space colony directly above Tokyo, Castro has adopted a name from the street he lives on, having no name on the books. He currently spends his days running for political office, seeking to become mayor of the ward and turn things around, but he hasn’t won a single election his entire political career. Prior to entering politics, he was an infantryman in the Space Force’s machine trooper branch until his discharge, which he asserts was honorable. Another assertion he makes is that he must say everything that’s on his mind, which happens to fit his character well. His loquacious and overly expressive personality draws plenty of positive attention. That enduring appeal aside, it seems he has ended relations with a lover in the past, though no legal record of their connection exists. Despite being expressive, he likes to keep his emotions hidden in public spaces by wearing a mask of some sort. His hobby, taking selfies, is even more of a contrast, and his election office is a renovated retro camera shop. On the App, he shows up as guild master of the Exters, people with no right to vote. A certain someone who constantly complains about being dumped shows a particular distaste for him, the sort you feel when someone reminds you too much of yourself. As an aside, Castro is not capable of biological reproduction—at least, not in the way Utopia defines it.

東京直上の星外都市コロニー「東京24区」、現地人。戸籍上の名は無いが、現住所のストリート名を取ってこう名乗っている。選挙にて同区長へ立候補しているが、現在のところ連続落選中。その前は、宇宙軍・機動歩兵科を名誉除隊しているらしい。言いたいことは全部直接言わないと気が済まない性質だと自称する。ペラペラと舌が回り、表情がコロコロ変わり、感情をよく出す、愛嬌のある人物。過去に恋人と別れたらしく、その相手との法的な結びつきは存在しなかった。公の場では表情を隠すため顔に仮面またはマスクのいずれかを着用。趣味は自撮りで、選挙事務所はレトロなカメラ店を改造したもの。「アプリ」上では無権者のギルド・エクスターズのギルドマスター表示。フラれたことをずっとウジウジ言う誰かから同族嫌悪の念を抱かれている。彼は、異世界ユートピアの定義において生物的な繁殖能力を有しない。

Castro’s Sacred Artifact is none other than his ability to give a rousing Speech, given form as the politician’s Mic used to perform his Role as voice of the voteless. It is not, however, enchanted by a unique Rule, leaving it with an unusually restrained set of conditions and situations where it can actually be used. At the very least, its functionality likely lies outside of what the App can officially guarantee. Yet, should all the stars align and the precise situation present itself, the Speech delivered will destroy the mental shackles of all those who need to hear it. Castro does not counsel his people to knock on heaven’s door; rather, he shouts for them to destroy it. In a system of majority rule, Castro’s Sacred Artifact holds in it the potential to change the Roles of those who have nothing. On the other hand, he feels rather awkward around those who seek only the survival of their biological seed, being unable to do so himself.
