Mynoghra, Transient from the World of the Old Ones, is a noble lady of former glory who finds herself in Tokyo with no stable address, much less the grand dwelling to which she is accustomed. Long gone are the days in which she would proudly announce herself as the Fair Lady of the Dark Galaxy, cavorting with all manner of intelligent life across the cosmos. Long past are the days of lighthearted adventures to the next nebula over. She woke up one day to notice that her cousins and acquaintances had all vanished, and that she too was now an Old One left behind by the passing age. She loved plucking and munching on her favorite delicacies while conversing with humans who caught her eye, yet her state of decline forced the realization that such opportunities had all but dried up. Searching for new possibilities within herself, she then crossed the rainbow of Transient light. She attends Setagaya Agriculture and Forestry Academy in Tokyo and works hard at various part-time jobs in self-sufficient primary industries wherever she goes. Rumor has it that she has also started a “We Love Humans” club as an extracurricular activity, where she spends long nights with its other member — an authority in the field of immortality studies — discussing what it is she loves about humans and why. A scene of her reaching an agreement with a certain nursery director with regard to being petrified against her will has also been witnessed up north.

異世界オールドワンズから訪れた「転光生」。東京においては住所不定の、没落令嬢。我こそは暗黒の貴婦人と喧伝し、訪れた知性体と片っ端から交流していたのも今は昔。ちょっと向こうのネビュラまで、と呑気にアバンチュールっていた日々は過ぎ。気がつけばイトコや知己らは姿を消し、自らも「旧」支配者へと没落していた。とある特別な好物をつまみながらの、心惹かれる人間とのお喋りがスーパー大好き。だが、それらは両立・継続しないものだと、旧時代において彼女は気付いてしまう。そして、そんな自分の、別の可能性を求めて転光の虹を渡った。東京では世耕農林学園ほか、行く先々で自給自足の一次産業バイトにいそしんでいる。また、「人間スキスキクラブ」なる課外サークルを最近、立ち上げたという。メンバーである不死学の権威と、人間の「どこ」が「どのように」愛しいかを日夜語らっている。望まぬ「石化」に関して意見を同じくする、某保育園長と意気投合するシーンが目撃されたらしい。

Mynoghra possesses two Sacred Artifacts: Fingertips that allow her to pluck forth whatever she likes, tangible or intangible, and a Parasol that blocks out all light, denying those around it the ability to shine as they are. Though she possesses two Artifacts, at their core lies the single principle that those under her gaze are charmed, negating all of their bonds and diminishing the boundary between self and other until it vanishes completely. When used against beings of light or a metaphysical nature, they lose all spatial velocity and become as immobile as a stone. This ability to shut off light and freeze the metaphysical is what earned her the name of Fair Lady of the Dark Galaxy back home. She laments her Rule that unilaterally steals away the freedom of what she desires and the decline it led to, and thus sought out new possibilities. Like an amorphous shadow taking the figure it wishes to be, or a tumultuously free heart becoming the shape it desires—like a cosmic being wishing conversation with the fragile, lovely humans she is so fond of, the Old One noble lady steps through the new darkness of possibility, her shoes clicking against the unknown. With the exception of one loop with particular conditions, she will not take part in the Game of Tokyo. Nor will she use the innermost power expressed by her two Sacred Artifacts.

有形無形の区別なく、望んだモノをツマミ寄せる指先。あらゆる光を遮り、ありのままに輝くことを否定する日傘。２つの「神器」を所有するが、その本質は同一。睨め付けられたモノは魅入られ、そのしがらみを否定される。やがて彼我の境界と距離を失わせることとなるというもの。光や形而上の存在へ使用した場合、対象は空間速度を失い、石の如く動かなくなる。故郷においてマイノグーラが、暗黒の貴婦人と呼ばれた所以である。彼女は、その一方的な不自由を強いる「権能」と、それと紐づけられた没落を憂いた。不定の影なる一身が、ありたい器を取るように。不羈の嵐たる一心が、ありたい姿となるように。儚くも愛しきヒトと、好きなお喋りができるように。影の旧支配者令嬢は、未知にして最新の闇の中で踵を鳴らす。特定の条件を満たしたループを除き、彼女は東京で行われる「ゲーム」に参加しない。２つの「神器」が顕すその最奥の力を行使することもない。
