Transients who came from another world in the Aether. Recruited from the Police Academy to defend the festival held in Kabukicho, their group includes several students. As Transients, they work hard daily to improve their relations with the local people. For that reason, they harshly strike down all outlaws who show contempt for the status of they and their kind. They hold justice in high regard. Though this means they lack flexibility, they do obediently follow the orders of their superiors, whether their seniors, instructors, summoners, or merely those with more power. They hold the protagonist in high regard, both as a summoner and as the festival’s focal point, and hope to lend their powers when needed.

天高き場所にある異世界からやってきた「転光生」。歌舞伎町主催の祭の警備をするために駆り出された、警察学校生を含む警察学校関係者たち。「転光生」として、現地の人間達との関係を良好に築き上げるべく日々努力している。そのため「転光生」の地位を貶める無法者に対して、非常に厳しく当たるようだ。正義を重んじ、融通の利かないところがあるが、自分よりも上位の者の命令は素直に聞く。それは先輩であったり教官であったり、力の強いものであったり、召喚主であったりする。主人公には召喚主として、祭の立役者として好意を抱いており、その力を貸したいと思っている。
