Azathoth is the representative of the World of the Old Ones and a manifestation of fear and unending laughter. While not his true form, he appears as the native boy who summoned him and was made to sit on the Throne Sacred Artifact. Their consciousnesses are melded, however, and while Azathoth does control the body and mind, he exists as an avatar based primarily on the boy’s personality. As such, he takes actions based on his Summoner’s deeply held wishes and has acquired a fondness for video games. Strangely enough, he has shown interest in the year’s Halloween event and decided to take part—perhaps out of a fondness for family. Azathoth dons the costume of a Halloween demon and busies himself enjoying the pranks and tricks all are allowed on the holiday, but his idea of a trick goes far above and beyond what the average Tokyo denizen would expect or accept. In Tokyo, Old Ones like him are given the privilege of teleportation, regardless of whether they are in a Battle Zone or not. As a god who is omnipotent yet knows nothing, he readily states that ignorance is terrifying, and when one is scared, one can do nothing but laugh. This is why he can always be found gnawing at something in an effort to satiate the hunger lying within.

異世界オールドワンズの意志を代表する者、絶え間なく響く笑声と恐怖の化身。召喚主である現地人の少年を、玉座の「神器」に座らせており、これはアザトース本来の姿ではない。その意識は混ざり合い、主導権はアザトースにあるが、召喚主の少年の性格を元に、アバターとして存在する。召喚主の望みに根付いた行動を取ることから、コンピューターゲームを好む。今回珍しく、このハロウィンイベントに興味を示し、参加することとなった。それはもしかすれば、家族に向けた思いによるものなのかもしれない。ハロウィン悪魔の衣装に身を包み、ノリノリでイタズラをする。確かにイタズラして良い日ではあるが、しかし彼のイタズラは、この東京的にシャレになっていなかった。この東京では、オールドワンズ出身者に「閉鎖領域に関係なく、空間を跳躍できる」という特権が与えられている。「無知全能」と称されるアザトースは告げる、「知らないことは恐ろしい」「恐ろしい時には笑うしかない」と。故に、かの存在は「あるもの」に餓え、何かを齧りつづけている。

代表異世界舊日支配者意志之人，是無盡笑聲與恐懼的化身。令召喚主的本地少年坐上王座「神器」，所以此身並不是阿撒托斯原本的形態。雖然彼此意識融合，主導權在阿撒托斯身上，但仍以召喚主少年的性格為基礎，本身則以化身的形式存在。由於是以召喚主的期望來採取行動，所以很喜歡電腦遊戲。這次意外地對萬聖節活動表現出興趣，並決定親自參加。其原由說不定與對家人的關懷有關。他換上萬聖節惡魔的服裝，興高采烈地惡作劇。雖然是能夠光明正大惡作劇的日子，但他的惡作劇卻是足以顛覆這座東京的等級。在這座東京，來自舊日支配者的人都被賦予了「能夠不受封閉領領域限制，自由使用空間跳躍」的特權。被稱為「無知全能」的阿撒托斯是如此訴說的：「未知是可怕的」，「當感到恐懼時也只能一笑置之」。所以那存在渴望著「某種事物」，嘴裡總是在吃著什麼。
