This Transient is the World Representative of Kamui Kotan, a frozen world preserved forever in ice. Ordinarily, he would only be visible to children short enough to peek beneath the Leaf he bears, but in Tokyo, he is visible even to full-grown adults. Whenever Korpokkur discovers a community of children, he plants leaves like his own in the ground to propagate, and with the coming of spring, the land blossoms into a sanctuary ideal for them to dwell in. However, as the seasons turn, those children outgrow the leaves that sustain their lives and become blind to Korpokkur hiding beneath them. Eventually, their guardian departs, the rivers run dry, the fauna despoils, and the land becomes harsh and barren once more. Even so, Korpokkur loves the young and innocent from the bottom of his heart, and it is his wish to create a paradise for these children that brings him to Tokyo. A past incident has led him to despise those who rifle through the foliage to disturb what hides within.

「凍結」により維持される異世界カムイコタンの「転光生」にして、世界代行者。本来はフキの背丈よりも小さな子供にだけ見る事が許される、不思議な存在。コロポックルは、子供たちを見つけると、その地にフキを植える。春が訪れを告げ、そして人が住める大地となる。しかし時がたち子供たちはフキの背を超えて成長すると、葉に隠れた者の姿が見えなくなる。コロポックルは去り、水は枯れ、魚は腐り、人は住めなくなっていく。幼き者を何よりも愛し、子どもたちだけの楽園を築くことを願い、この東京に召喚された。そして過去の出来事から、葉をかき分けて自分の姿を暴く者を、何よりも嫌っている。

靠「凍結」維持的異世界神居之所的「轉光生」，也是該世界代理人。原本只是比蜂斗菜還要更矮的小孩子才能看到的不可思議的存在。克魯波克魯只要找到孩子們，就會在當地種植蜂斗菜。告知春天的到來，並化為人適合居住的大地。但隨著時間流逝，孩子們成長到比蜂斗菜更高時，就會看不到隱匿於葉片後的姿態。克魯波克魯若離去，水源會枯竭、魚群會腐爛、人將不適居住於此地。十分疼惜幼者，想打造只屬於孩子們的樂園而被召喚到這個東京。因為過去發生的事情，很討厭撥開葉片暴露出自己姿態的人。

来自由“冻结”所维持的异世界神居之地的“转光生”，同时也是世界代理人。本来是只有比蜂斗菜还小的孩童才能看到的神秘人。克鲁波克鲁发现小孩之后，就会在那里种植蜂斗菜，让春天降临，把那个地方变成宜居的土地。但是随着时间过去，小孩们长得比蜂斗菜还高，就再不能看到隐藏在叶子之下的人了。克鲁波克鲁离开后，水将枯竭，鱼将腐烂，居民也将离去。他比任何人都喜欢小孩，渴望建立只有孩子们的乐园，因此受召唤来到东京。因为以前发生过的事情，最讨厌会拨开叶子让自己身姿暴露的人。

The System that governs Kamui Kotan is an experiment to determine if placing an upper limit on the development of a civilization can delay its decline. In the sense that it focuses on maintaining a paradise for innocent children, it has common ground with several other worlds’ Systems, including Eden, and their respective World Representatives have banded together to form a guild. Korpokkur’s Sacred Artifact, his Leaf, is capable of summoning a violent blizzard that wreaks destruction upon any standing outside its shade; it is, in fact, a Pillar, created to stand firm even in the freezing winds of Kamui Kotan. The rod at his waist is a prayer stick known as an ikupasuy, given to him by a hero of legend that he met in his youth. Both he and a certain mentor of heroes have taken an interest in a budding hero they have encountered in Tokyo, although they disagree upon how this young exile should be treated.

システム・カムイコタンとは「文明の発展はここまで」という上限を設け、崩壊を遅らせようとする試みである。「そこに在るのは無知なる幸せな子供であるべきだ」という意味において、機構維持の方向性を同一とする、エデンをはじめとした複数の世界代行者たちとギルドを組んでいる。フキの「神器」はその外に激しい吹雪を巻き起こし、その葉の下にいる者たちだけを護るもの。寒風吹き荒れる世界において機能するために作られた「世界の柱」の一つ。コロポックルが持つイクパスイは、かつて幼き頃に会ったとある英雄が持っていたものである。とある、世界を追われた幼き英雄の処遇について、英雄を育てる者との見解の相違を持つ。
