World Representative of Kitezh and flag-bearer of its System, which seeks to maintain the perpetuation of all things through a stalwart faith based around diffusion. His name means “one who strikes and crushes,” which is symbolically represented by the Millstone he carries. With it, he can exercise his Rule, which allows him to grind down the memories of both himself and others and use the resulting dust to alter the behavior of those around him. This is usually achieved by mixing a little bit of his own memories in with theirs, which has caused a great many people in Tokyo to pledge their undying allegiance to him. He’s also used this power to gain some control over or outright commandeer the powerful lightning abilities of certain other Transients. But though the power this Rule grants him is immense indeed, it does come at a price: each and every time he uses it, he chips away a bit of himself, and thus slowly but surely loses his own identity. And there is more to that identity than it seems at first glance, as Perun is also the student owner of an agricultural academy in Tokyo, which offers both full and partial enrollment options, as well as day and night classes. On top of this, he also has a penchant for poetry after a certain incident in his home world spurred his interest in it. In particular, he always seems taken by elegies and funeral dirges, seemingly reminded of the things he himself has lost over the years.

拡散の「信仰」により、永続を図るシステム・キーテジの「世界代行者」。その名の由来は「打ち潰す者」であり、それを象徴する石臼を携えている。それまでに持っていた自他の「記憶」を粉々に挽き潰し、常識を改変してしまう「権能」を持つ。どんなあり得ないシチュエーションでも、相手の中に己の認識を混ぜ込んでしまうのだ。そうしてペルーンはこの東京でも、多くの者たちに忠誠を誓わせている。また、これを用いて別の異世界の雷使いたちの強大な力を共有、あるいは借り倒しているという。恐ろしく強大な能力だが、しかしそれは諸刃の剣であり、彼自身もまたその影響から逃れることは出来ない。使う度に「元の自分自身」を失っていく代償を持つのだ。全日制と定時制、昼と夜の両方の学部を持つ東京の農業学園の学生オーナーである。故郷で起きたある事件をきっかけに、詩を楽しむ趣味を持つようになった。死者に捧げる挽歌、あるいは葬送曲に対して、失われたものへの郷愁に似た好意を示す。

企圖以擴散的「信仰」來達成永恆的系統奇鐵茲「世界代理人」。這名稱的由來是「擊潰者」，攜帶的石臼是其象徵。其「權能」能將自己或他人的「記憶」完全粉碎並竄改常識。無論是多麼離譜的情況，他都能將其混入對手的認知當中。靠著這一點，佩倫在這個東京有著許多對他宣示忠誠的追隨者。此外，他還能以此來共有或借取其他異世界裡雷電使者們的強大力量。如此強大的能力也是一把雙面刃，就連他自己都也無法避開這項能力所帶來的影響。每次使用時他都將失去「原本的自己」作為代價。他同時也是東京中一所農業學園的持有人學生，該校同時擁有全日制與定時制，以及日間部與夜間部。以故鄉中所發生的某件事為契機，讓他有了欣賞詩詞的興趣。對獻給死者的輓歌或葬送曲，有著類似於對失去之物的鄉愁般的好感。

奇铁兹，一个利用“扩散‘信仰’”来谋求永恒的系统。而佩伦，就是运行着这个系统之世界的“代理人”。“佩伦”这个名字来源于“击溃之人”一词，正如他那随身携带着的石臼一般。这只石臼所拥有的“权能”可以碾碎他人甚至佩伦自己的记忆，将当事人的常识替换成一种与以往完全不同的思想。佩伦甚至会利用这只石臼将自己的想法混入对方的认知之中——无论这种想法是多么的荒诞且不现实。依靠着石臼的力量，佩伦在这东京中不但收编了许多忠诚的部下，还从几名来自其他世界的雷神那里借——或者说“赖”——到了强大的神力。不过，这种能够扭曲认知的可怕力量其实也是一把双刃剑，因为佩伦自身也无法逃脱这只石臼的能力所带来的影响：每当佩伦使用它时，作为代价，会逐渐失去“现在的自己”。在东京，作为一名学生的同时，佩伦也是一座农校的所有人。他的学校不但昼夜开课，并且还同时展开了“全日制”和“定时制”两种学制。在故乡时，受某件事的影响，佩伦爱上了吟诗作赋的感觉并在后来将其发展成了自己的爱好；同时，每当听到挽歌或哀乐，佩伦的心中总会涌现出一种类似乡愁的感情。

Kitezh: One of the 23 worlds connected to Tokyo, known for its endless expanses of snow and ice, with more always flitting down from above. Within its frozen wastelands, the fires of individual lives are quickly, easily, and unceremoniously snuffed out, one by one. Thus came into being the faith of Kitezh, which states that even if a single life should wither and break, the greater whole shall carry on, never faltering. And at the core of this faith lies both an anger toward the cold and the constancy of death, as well as a resignation and acceptance of it, along with a strong desire to return to the old ways of taking everything that comes and making it one’s own. It’s that latter part of the faith that has armed Perun with spoils from his past that now serve as supplemental Sacred Artifacts, including a Spaulder from Olympus and a Thunder Hammer from Yggdrasil. His own Sacred Artifact, however, is a Millstone that can crush and grind any target to dust, which stands as a world pillar of the System of Kitezh. Specifically, the Rule it bears allows him to crush and grind any and all faiths—including his own—and mix them (individually or together) into a perfect whole. Due to the shared ideals of Kitezh’s faith and that of the other world of Xanadu, Perun is allied with Xanadu’s World Representative, while he stands against the Reserve Representative of Olympus following a past confrontation. Though Perun is never fully allied with anyone, as he cannot hide his reticence when faced with one whose Rule is capable of challenging his authority, even if that one is supposed to be on his side.

激しい氷雪が舞い散り、どこまでも拡がってゆく23の異世界の1つ、キーテジ。そこは個としての生命の灯が、みるみる儚く吹き散らされてゆく、ただただ広いばかりの凍土。そして生まれたのは「個が滅び粉々になっても、総体は死なず永続する」とする「信仰」。その本質は「死と氷の大地」への怒りと諦念、そして「何もかもを取り込む完全性への回帰」願望である。かの「信仰」によってペルーンは異世界オリュンポス由来の肩当てとユグドラシル由来の雷槌の「神器」を共有し、武装しているという。だが、彼が本来持っているのは、対象を打ち潰す石臼の「神器」。この「石臼」こそが、システム・キーテジの中枢たる「世界柱」である。自らを含む、あらゆる「信仰」を打ち潰し「完全なる一」へと作り変えるための「権能」。「信仰」の相性の良さから、異世界ザナドゥの「世界代行者」とは同盟関係にある。一方、異世界オリュンポスの予備代行者とは、過去に対峙して以来、敵対関係にある。また、たとえ同陣営であっても、自分の優位性を脅かしうる「権能」を持つ他者に対して警戒の念を隠さない。

23個異世界之一的奇鐵茲，激烈的暴風雪蔓延全境。眼看著個體的生命燈火逐漸虛幻地消散，只剩下遼闊無盡的凍土。而誕生那之中的就是「即便個體粉粹消亡，總體卻能永遠存續」的「信仰」。其本質是面對「死與冰的大地」時的憤怒與絕望，同時也是「回歸至包含一切的完全性」的願望。隨著「信仰」佩倫共有著原本屬於異世界奧林帕斯的護肩以及原本屬於尤克特拉希爾的雷槌「神器」，並作為自己的武器來使用。不過，他原先擁有的是能將對象完全碾碎的石臼「神器」。「石臼」正是系統奇鐵茲的中樞，即「世界柱」。其「權能」是能碾碎包含自己在內的所有「信仰」並將其改變為「完整的一」。因為在「信仰」上絕佳契合，所以跟異世界上都的「世界代理人」為同盟關係。另一方面，過去曾與異世界奧林帕斯的預備代理人對峙過的緣故，兩邊屬敵對關係。不過，即使在同一個陣營，一旦面對會威脅自己優勢地位的「權能」持有者時依然有著藏不住的警戒心。

作为23个异世界之一的“奇铁兹”，是一个永远天寒地冻，大雪纷飞的极寒之地。在这个尽是苦寒冻土的世界中，零星的生命之火在点燃的那一刹那便会葬身于猛烈的风雪，真正能够在这里生存下去的，只有那“独孑化齑粉，集体永长存”的“信仰”。而这一“信仰”的本质，其实既是一种对于这个充满了冰雪与死亡的大地所产生的愤怒与无奈，同时也是一种祈盼着“世界万物都能回归完美的一体”的愿望。在这种“信仰”的加持下，佩伦从异世界“奥林匹斯”和“世界树”中分别“共享”到了一对护肩“神器”和一柄雷锤“神器”，并用它们将自己武装了起来。其实，佩伦原本的“神器”是一只可以“碾碎”敌人的石臼，而这只“石臼”，也是那根作为中枢支撑着“奇铁兹系统”的“世界柱”——它所拥有的“权能”，可以将包括“奇铁兹”在内的所有世界的“信仰”碾作一团，使其成为一个“完美的整体”。鉴于互相世界的“信仰”能够相辅相成，于是佩伦便选择与异世界“上都”的“世界代理人”结成了同盟；但另一方面，自之前的一战以来，佩伦与异世界“奥林匹斯”的“预备代理人”便一直处于敌对关系之中。此外，只要发现某种“权能”可能威胁到自身的优势地位，即使拥有这种“权能”的人是与自己同属一个阵营的队友，佩伦也会表现出明显的警惕之心。
