An Old One with wriggling tentacles that tend to wrap about him. He is also a professor at the Toyosu Marine Academy and a professional marine architect. Although very similar in appearance to a certain teacher of Shinjuku Academy, his values are the complete opposite of those of his likeness. He does not seek to reach great heights with another but rather holds strong, self-destructive urges that compel him to drown in depravity with those around him. He enjoys the company of adults most of all, and wafts an air of nihilistic decadence about him. He shares his name with an All-Father from another world, not associated with any of the 23 worlds connected to Tokyo. He seems to feel some fondness for those who have an interest in the study of sunken ruins. With little care for riches, he rarely gets into disputes over how shares are distributed after a job.

うねうねと蠢く触手を持つ、オールドワンズ出身の「転光生」。そして豊舟海洋学園大学の講師、海洋建築の専門家でもある。神宿学園の某教師と非常に似た容姿を持つが、その指向性は真逆。誰かと高みを目指すのではなく、深みへと共に沈み堕落したいという破滅願望を強く持つ。大人の社交場を好み、ダウナーかつ退廃的なフェロモンを常に漂わせる。「東京に繋がりし２３の世界」に属さぬ、とある異世界の父祖と同じ名を持っている。沈没した遺物の調査に意欲を持つ同僚に対しては、好感を持つようだ。とりわけ、ダゴンは金銭欲が薄いため、取り分で争いにもなりにくく、相性が良いらしい。

来自旧支配者的“转光生”，拥有扭动的触手。同时还是丰舟海洋学园大学的讲师，海洋建筑专家。和神宿学园的某个教师长得非常相似，但其性格的倾向性却完全相反——不愿与他人一同向着更高的目标迈进，而是强烈地期望与同伴向着深渊沉沦破灭下去。喜欢成年人之间的社交，总是散发着阴郁且颓废的荷尔蒙，与某个异世界（不属于“与东京相连的23个世界”之一）中的父祖有相同名字。似乎喜欢与自己一道调查沉没遗物的同事，因为对金钱相当不执着的达贡，从来不会因分成而与其产生纠纷，所以两人十分合得来。

The Pillar he holds, his Sacred Artifact, contains the memory of a great calamity that once befell the world. For this is a Pillar that remained standing long after the palace it supported had sunk into the depths of the ocean. By manifesting the memories of destruction held within, he can wash all things surrounding this Pillar into the deep. Only he, as the wielder, can resist this surge by clinging fast to the Pillar. However, this ability comes with a price: he is fated to become the sole survivor of his kind. On top of this, the Creator of Light has sealed away his identity. It is perhaps unsurprising, then, that he does not relish encountering others of his kind, as it only reminds him of his traumatic experiences, but one must understand that this is not out of hate. It is rumored he enjoys baking on his days off.

彼が持つ柱石の「神器」は、かつて「世界を覆った大災害」の記憶を保持している。天変地異の果てに、海底に沈み滅んだ故郷にて最後まで残った宮殿の支柱こそが、その正体。蓄えられた破滅の記憶を再現することで、この「神器」を中心として全てを深淵へと押し流す。しかし、所有者だけはこの柱にしがみつくことで、その奔流にも耐えることが出来るだろう。その代償として「己が同族たちを全て失い、自分のみが独り生き残る」定めを負う。そして尚、「光創りし者」の契約のことばにより、己が存在を封印された。同類を見ると、トラウマを刺激されるため、哀れみながらも苦手としている。しかしそれは決して「嫌い」という感情では、ない。休日には、パンを焼くのが趣味であるとの噂。

他擁有的柱石「神器」，保有「遍布世界的大災害」的記憶。其神器的真面目，就是當時在天地異變中，他毀滅的故鄉沉沒於海底時，最後殘存的宮殿支柱。透過重現其儲存的破滅記憶，能以「神器」為中心將一切沖入深淵中。只有所有者可以緊抓住支柱，在這強大的奔流中倖存。其代價就是肩負「失去所有族人，只有自己倖存」的命運。之後因為與「創光者」的契約內容，他的存在被封印了起來。因為看到同類就會刺激到他過往的心理創傷，所以他不但對這些人抱持憐憫，也不擅長應付，但那絕非「討厭」。傳聞中他的興趣是在假日烤麵包。

他的柱石“神器”拥有关于“遍布世界的大灾害”的记忆。在天地异变之后，其故乡遭到毁灭沉落海底，他的柱石正是宫殿剩下的最后支柱。一旦让隐藏其中的毁灭记忆重现，就会以“神器”为中心，将附近的一切都推进深渊。只有其主人可以紧紧抱住柱子，承受奔流的冲击。但作为代价，需要背负“失去所有同胞，只有自己能存活下来”的命运。而且自身的存在仍然被“光明创造者”的契约之言封印着。每当看到同类就会勾起心理阴影，从而感到悲哀和难以应付。但这种感情绝不是“厌恶”。据说，他的兴趣是在休息日烤面包。
