A Transient from Penglai, Tu’er Shen strongly believes that he can only live in futuristic cities and has made no secret of this fact. A truly free spirit, he goes from guild to guild and school to school, joining up and dipping out as the mood takes him. He maneuvers throughout the city with just as much freedom, leaping from building to building with his well-trained legs and winning renown on the streets as a parkour master. Free movement through the skies isn’t all he has up his baggy sleeves, either—rumor has it that his red heterochromatic eye can peer just a little bit into the future. He is also fond of helping those shy about matters of love but has a tendency to dig into their business a little too passionately, causing more trouble than anyone bargained for. Still, he has a solid level of popularity, winning crowds of followers by posting his parkour to social media, along with his stylish fit and winning personality. It doesn’t win over everyone, though—while he dotes on Rabbit Therians from other worlds, they meet him with less than open arms, considering him a rival in their niche. On the other hand, stern officials—namely civil servants—take an especially harsh view of his free-spirited nature. Dealing with government workers like that reminds Tu’er Shen of someone he used to love, however, so he does not dislike the attention.

One heterochromatic Eye is red like a rabbit’s and serves as his Sacred Artifact. He can use it to peer faintly into the future and see the unusual, or in other words, that which lies off the path which is the faith of Penglai. In his past, he fell in love with a provincial official who had taken up office in his village, but he violated a taboo and was punished for it. Afterwards, he came to be worshiped as one who helped those seeking to love freely and moved to the city. Since then, he’s taken up using his power to bring lovers together as a hobby, though when it comes to his own relationships, memories of his past failure and guilt have him turning tail and running all too often. He has an awkward relationship with a certain wedding planner since they occupy the same niche but have completely different views when it comes to free love and marriage. Otherwise, his fleetness of foot earned him the attention of a certain youthful leader of a ninja tribe who is trying to headhunt him.
