An immortal gambler based in Shinjuku’s Kabukicho district, he played a key part in the founding of the Outlaws guild and remains one of their core members. In betting as in battle, he excels at defeating his foes through long, grueling battles of attrition that push both himself and his opponent to their limits. This tendency to play the long game means he often struggles to see eye to eye with fellow gamblers who regard their profession as a matter of instantaneous luck. While he maintains a cool and rational exterior, he is actually highly superstitious and resents his competitors in Kabukicho for contaminating him with ill-fortune. It seems that he was once good friends with Kengo Takabushi, but their paths have since diverged.

新宿歌舞伎町を根城とする、不死身のギャンブラー。アウトローズの創設に関わった、ギルドの重要人物。賭け事においても抗争においても自分の安全を顧みない、互いの身をじわじわ削る長期的な戦いを得手とする。「賭け事とは一瞬の運、刹那の破滅だ」とする博徒とは折り合いが悪いことも。高伏ケンゴの旧友であったが、とある事情から袂を分かった。密かに、ゲンをかつぐのを大事にしており、同じ街を根城とする商売敵から、貧乏と運の無さが伝染るのを嫌う。
