He is the incarnation of night, frost, and death that is bound by the barren mountain. He is a Transient come to Tokyo from the world called Kitezh. Ice crystals float around him in response to his Sacred Artifact. It becomes like a tent that brings forth the darkness of the night and a blanket of cold. He can also change the structure of the ice crystals at will, turning them into scythes or armor that he can wears. If is anyone would brave the mountain against all odds to challenge him, even if they were to heroically defeat him, he would afford them the utmost respect.
禿山に括られた夜と氷雪と死の化身にして、異世界キーテジより東京に顕現した「転光生」。常にその周囲を自動で舞う氷晶の「神器」は、天幕となって暗黒の夜をもたらすと共に、大地を冷たく覆い尽くす絨毯となる。更に氷晶はその結晶構造を自在に変え、チェルノボーグが持つ大鎌となり鎧となって身を包む。あらゆる困難を乗り越え、山に挑んでくる者に対しては、それが例え自分を打ち倒さんとする英雄であっても、その勇気を称えて無条件の敬意と好意を抱く。
自異世界奇鐵茲召喚到東京的「轉光生」，被束縛於禿山，是夜與冰雪與死之化身。冰晶「神器」經常在身邊自動飛舞，可以化為天幕帶來黑夜，同時變成冰冷絨毯覆蓋大地。而且冰晶可以自由地改變其結晶構造，化作切爾諾伯格手持的大鐮刀和包覆身軀的鎧甲。面對跨越各種困難挑戰山嶺的人，即便那些人是要來打倒自己的英雄，他也會無條件對這份勇氣抱持敬意與好感。
被秃山包围的黑夜与冰雪的化身，从异世界奇铁兹来到东京的“转光生”。始终自动漂浮在其身边的冰晶“神器”，能够在化作带来黑夜的天幕的同时，成为冻结大地的寒冰绒毯。冰晶还能自由变换晶体结构，幻化成切尔诺伯格所持的巨大镰刀及包覆全身的铠甲。对于战胜一切困难向高山发起挑战的人，即便是意欲打败自己的英雄，也会称赞其勇气，无条件地对其怀有敬意及好感。

The Sacred Artifact that is the Ice Crystal will freeze any living thing that it touches regardless of its owners intentions, effectively killing the target. This seemingly invincible Sacred Artifact does have one weakness; heat. It is unable to maintain its structure in warm places and loses its power. Whenever Chernobog is bound to a barren mountain with no heat source, the powers of his Sacred Artifact will be maximized. Thus, in his home world, the barren mountain where he lived became unreachable to living things, causing him to live a life of solitude there.
氷晶の「神器」に触れた生物はチェルノボーグの意思に関わらずその身を凍り付かせ、命を散らしてしまう。無敵とも思えるこの「神器」唯一の弱点は熱であり、暖かい所ではその構造を保てず、力を失う。しかしチェルノボーグが禿山に括られている限りにおいて、極寒のその地に熱源など何一つなく、彼の神器は力を最大限に発揮する。故に、かの禿山は故郷の異世界でも生者は誰ひとり足を踏み入れない難峰となり、故に彼は永い孤独の中で生きてきた。
冰晶的「神器」會無視切爾諾伯格的意志，凍結接觸到的生物，使其喪命。這個看似無敵的「神器」唯一弱點就是熱，在溫暖的地方會無法維持構造，並且喪失力量。不過只要切爾諾伯格統領著禿山，極度寒冷的該地便不會有熱源，他也能發揮神器最大的力量。因此，在他故鄉的異世界裡，也沒有活人敢踏進那座險峻的禿山一步，令他一直活在孤獨之中。
无论切尔诺伯格本人有无此意，凡是接触到冰晶“神器”的生物，都会被冻住身体而丧命。这件看似无敌的“神器”唯一的弱点就是惧热，在温热的地方会无法保持其结构，进而丧失力量。但是只要切尔诺伯格身处于秃山中，这片极寒之地就不存在任何热源，能让他的神器发挥最大的力量。因此，那座秃山在他的故乡异世界中也是任何生者都无法涉足的险峰，所以他长久以来只能生活在孤独之中。

Though widely feared as the Dark Lord of the Bald Mountain from the world of Kitezh, Chernobog is in fact a rather sheltered Transient due to his upbringing in the mountains. However, after learning to interact with those from the wider world of Tokyo, he has matured greatly. His latest avenue of learning is through working at the beach house, barbecuing meat. Customers can not only bask in the majestic timbre of the Dark Lord’s voice but also treat their stomachs to delicacies grilled by his own hands. All Transients from Kitezh have one thing in common: their Rules all incorporate some kind of spreading or propagation, to the end of invading or absorbing the Roles of one or more others. In Chernobog’s case, this someone else is a certain Dark Lord from Garo Demana.
異世界キーテジの「禿山の魔王」と畏れられ、しかしその実、山に育てられた箱入り息子「転光生」。この東京に広がる多くの人や世界に触れて学んで日々、成長を遂げているようだ。今回、海の家のアルバイトでバーベキュー場の肉焼き係に挑戦することとなった。威厳に満ち満ちた魔王の口調とともに、自分が手づから焼いたバーベキューを客へ振る舞うのだ。東京へやってきたキーテジの「転光生」には全員、とある１つの共通点がある。それは広がり散らばる方向性の「権能」により、別なる誰かの「役割」を侵食、あるいは融合しているというもの。チェルノボーグの場合、別なる異世界ガローデマーンのとある「魔王」がその対象となっている。
在異世界奇鐵茲中是人人畏懼的「禿山魔王」，但實際上是由山養育長大、不知人間世事的「轉光生」。在接觸這個東京的許多人與世界之後，他的心靈日日成長茁壯。所以這次他決定在海之家的打工中，挑戰烤肉場的烤肉工作人員一職。他用充滿威嚴的魔王語氣向客人交談，並讓他們享用自己親手烤出的烤肉。所有從奇鐵茲來到東京的「轉光生」，都有一個共同點。他們都因為方向性為之擴散的「權能」，而侵蝕某人的「職責」，或是與之融合。就切爾諾伯格的狀況來說，其他異世界加洛德滿的某個「魔王」就是他的對象。
人们畏惧他是异世界奇铁兹的“秃山的魔王”，实际上他只是个山里长大不通世事的“转光生”男孩。他在东京的日子里接触到了大量的人、广阔的世界，学习、成长了不少。而这次，他要来挑战海之家的打工，在烧烤场负责烤肉。他一边说着威严满满的魔王语气，一边亲手烤肉招待客人们。到东京来的奇铁兹“转光生”，都有一个共通之处。那就是他们易于扩散的“权能”，会侵蚀，或者融入其他人的“天职”。而切尔诺伯格的影响对象，是另一个异世界，光明天的某个“魔王”。
